In December some of the current Horizon Condominium Board members, including the current President and Treasurer, will be up for re-election. I don't think we need them to do any more. They have done enough!

I just know that they will do their usual shennanigans to run around the democratic process in the upcoming elections. They will attempt to stiffle every dissenting voice, hide and rush past filing deadlines, avoid having to face challengers at every turn and use Cooper Square to fulfill their needs. They are worried that if the owners know what is and has been going on, their chances for re-elecction are slim to none.
We may need to perform an exorcism to free us from this evil.
When a body is lead by its ASS rather than its head, it's going to be a problem. And when that ASS is "possessed" by another entity, the body ravaged even more, whether it is by demons or disease.
It's unfortunate that thebuilding has been allowed to become so run down and financially in disarray. Given 3 more years of this mismanagement on the parts of these Board members and CS, there won't be much left to recover.

We are in a sad state of affairs.
