Updates
From about 7PM this evening until about 12 noon tomorrow this site will be unavailable as new updates to the system are made. Sorry for any inconvenience. Sold
At the stroke of midnight this evening, this blog will have been sold. Details as to the new owner will emerge as the deal is being penned right now. Even though you may not care for the new owners, we have been promised that all your info will remain anonymous as part of the agreement. And the new owner promises to behave himself; he'll stop being a bully. As part of the deal, your common charges will only increase slightly and be paid off over time.

The Board's inner sphincter is moving ahead with its plan to circumvent the by-laws: Verizon FiOS Wiring at the Horizon Condominium Dear Owners and Tenants, We are pleased to inform you that Verizon is currently in the process of wiring the building for FiOS, a bundled home communications (Internet, telephone, and television) service, operating over a fiber-optic communications network. At the current time, the installation company is working in the B stairwell, and will eventually be moving on to the hallways. Announcements
Okay.... I reluctantly accept the keys. Friday specials: 1 for 2 in the party room. No that is not a typo, it's to help with our fund. And away we go! BTW: Increased police and Coast Guard. I guess the Prezwill be in town tonight, but what do I know?
