How long will it take before the Horizon's governing body uses this tool at its whim to selectively rid itself of dissenting opinions such as mine? Then they will tell my owner that I'm just a trouble maker and they should re-elect them. And I'm sure this will happen in all the other troubled buildings as well.

You're fine if you have a lease. It's the transients, the apartments which are used as hotel rooms which may be at risk
